2009 Annual International Exhibition : Conditions of entry

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• Conditions of entry are now available from the office.

• Applicants must be members of the Hilliard Society and have paid their dues up to date.

Please make sure you read all the guidelines carefully in order that your work complies with our rules.

Pre-selection advice is available on request by sending work or good quality photographs to our selection committee at our office. This has to be well in advance of the send in date. Please contact us if necessary.

Work is required for selection by Tuesday 7th April.

Entry fees are: £6 per item, payable by sterling cheque or visa/mastercard.
Entry fees for artists under 21 are £3 per item

JOINING THE SOCIETY
Membership dues are £40 for artist members over 21 and £20 for artists under 21

EXHIBITION DATES
Sunday Saturday 30th May [opens at 2pm] – Sunday 7th June [closes at 5pm]
Wells Town Hall, Wells, Somerset
Private View - Friday 29th May: 3pm-6.30pm

Unsold work can be collected from the Hilliard Society Office, provided you have previously made arrangements for this on the entry form.

Unsold work not collected is returned within 6 weeks of the end of the exhibition.
